Wagner, Lloyd (27 Oct. 1923 - 25 Dec. 2006)

Lloyd Wagner, 83, of Arpin, died Monday December 25, 2006 at his home.

Lloyd was born October 27, 1923, to Joseph and Dora (Freind) Wagner at Manfred, North Dakota. He farmed in North Dakota and later moved to Milwaukee to work for A.D. Smith, where he married Rith Skenandore March 13, 1954. The couple moved to North Dakota in 1955 where they farmed until semi-retirement in 1978, when they moved to Arpin.

Lloyd is survived by his wife; six children; eleven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and one sister. He was preceded in death by one son, Bernard Lee Wagner, two sisters and three brothers.

Funeral services were held Thursday Dec. 28, 2006 at Bethel Seventh Day Adventist church in Arpin, and burial was in the Colby cemetery. Buchanan Funeral Home of Pittsville assisted with arrangements.
